Access to DVB Rocket indicators is granted through a paid subscription plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Your subscription begins once payment is successfully processed and access is granted by our team on TradingView.

Pricing, plan inclusions, and discounts (including promotional coupons such as STUDENT) are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change with prior notice.

To activate your access, you must submit your correct TradingView username. Indicator invitations are tied to the username you provide and cannot be transferred once granted.

Activation is generally completed within a few hours of payment confirmation, subject to manual verification. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided once access is live on your TradingView account.

• Provide accurate registration, payment, and TradingView details.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the indicator solely for your personal trading research.
• Comply with all applicable laws and TradingView's own terms of service.

All indicators, code, scripts, branding, copy, charts, documentation, and visual assets associated with DVB Rocket are the exclusive intellectual property of DVB Rocket and its creators. No portion of the product may be copied, reverse engineered, decompiled, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Subscriptions are issued to a single individual TradingView account. You may not share, lend, lease, sublicense, or resell your access. Sharing screenshots of signals with your own followers is permitted, but exposing the underlying indicator source or invite is not.

DVB Rocket is an actively developed product. We reserve the right to add, modify, improve, deprecate, or remove features, signal logic, plans, or supporting tools at any time in order to maintain quality and align with evolving market structure.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our community spaces, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the indicator or platform. Where appropriate, we will attempt to notify you and explain the reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVB Rocket, its creators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in our registered jurisdiction.
