Nature of the Product
DVB Rocket is a digital subscription service. Once a TradingView indicator invitation is delivered, the underlying intellectual property, signal logic, and access cannot be technically "returned" in the way a physical product can.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued when:
- Payment was processed but indicator access could not be activated due to a fault on our side that we are unable to resolve.
- You were charged in duplicate for the same plan.
- An unauthorised charge was made and verified through your payment provider.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of the original payment date.
What Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind after access has already been granted on TradingView.
- Dissatisfaction with trading results — the indicator is a decision-support tool, not a profit guarantee.
- Failure to provide a correct TradingView username at checkout.
- Subscription renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date.
- Violations of our Terms (such as sharing or reselling access).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dvbrocket.com with:
- Your full name and the email used at checkout.
- Your TradingView username.
- The payment date and order/transaction reference.
- A short description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business daysand resolve approved refunds within 7–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
Fair Use & Good Faith
We genuinely want every trader on DVB Rocket to feel they received real value. If there is a legitimate problem we can help with, please write to us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly.
